Alcohol Ink landscape

Have you figured out that I love to try new things?

Lately I have been playing again with my alcohol inks. They are so vibrant and rich in color.

Working with them requires ventilation as they are based in alcohol and the blending solution is alcohol based as well. Because of this, they evaporate and dry quickly so working time is a tad tricky on paper. Glossy paper, yupo paper or a gesso covered paper are best to try.

With fall foliage and the beautiful natural changes around me, I made this and a few other landscapes.

I just love that the ink has a life of its own!

Thanks for looking! You can find this as a print in my Etsy shop
